Booking Terms & Conditions
These Terms apply to all bookings made with London Bro Tours Limited (“we”, “us”, “our”).
By making a booking, you confirm that you accept these Terms. This agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales. A contract between you and London Bro Tours Limited is formed once we issue written confirmation of your booking. We reserve the right to refuse any booking before confirmation. The lead passenger is responsible for ensuring that all members of the booking accept and comply with these Terms.
Cancellation Policy
- All cancellations are strictly non-refundable. No-shows or failure to arrive on time at the designated pick-up point will also be treated as a cancellation and are non-refundable.
- Refunds will not be provided where a tour or holiday is affected by events outside our control. This includes situations such as government actions or restrictions, civil unrest or public demonstrations, natural catastrophes, epidemics, transport disruptions, or any other unforeseen circumstances that prevent the trip from operating as planned. In the event of a coach breakdown, delays may occur. London Bro Tours Ltd will take reasonable steps to repair or replace the coach as quickly as possible to continue the journey. No refunds or compensation will be provided for any delays caused by such incidents.
- Some of our tours operate only if a minimum number of guests is booked. If this requirement is not met for your chosen date, we may have to cancel the tour. In this case, a full refund will be provided.
- All special dietary needs, wheelchair access, medical conditions, disabilities, or mobility requirements must be declared to us in writing before booking. You must receive written confirmation from us that your request can be accommodated prior to making payment. If you proceed with a booking without receiving written confirmation, we cannot guarantee that your requirements will be met, and no refund will be provided on this basis.
- The tour manager may adjust pick-up and drop-off locations, modify the itinerary, or change seating arrangements as needed. We cannot be held liable if any attractions are closed during the tour.
- For the avoidance of doubt, any reference to tickets being “non-refundable” shall also mean that such tickets are non-transferable, non-reschedulable, and cannot be carried forward, credited, or applied to any future trip or service.
Pricing Policy
Tour prices may change at any time. The price at the time of booking is the price you will pay.
Child Safety & Supervision
- Children under 11 years old or shorter than 135 cm must use an appropriate car seat. Children without a suitable car seat cannot travel, and fares will not be refunded. Front seats are reserved strictly for adult passengers; children and infants are not permitted.
- Minors are welcome on our tours but must be accompanied at all times by an adult over 18 or a legal guardian. Adults are expected to supervise their children throughout the trip, as we cannot take responsibility for their safety.
Onboard Conduct, Safety, and Comfort
To ensure a safe and pleasant experience for everyone:
- Hot food, hot drinks, ice cream, greasy, or strong-smelling snacks are not allowed on the coach. Complimentary refreshments may be provided but are not part of the tour package.
- Smoking, vaping, alcohol, and illegal substances are strictly forbidden on board. Anyone breaking these rules may be denied travel or removed without a refund, and further action may be taken if needed.
- Passengers should keep the coach clean, dispose of rubbish properly, and maintain good personal hygiene.
- All passengers must follow the driver’s and staff’s instructions at all times, including wearing seat belts when available.
- Any disruptive, abusive, or inappropriate behaviour will lead to immediate removal from the trip without a refund. Our staff must be treated with respect, and anyone harassing or threatening them may be banned from future bookings.
- When using electronic devices, please use headphones to avoid disturbing others.
- We strongly recommend all travellers have valid travel insurance covering the full duration of the trip.
- Participants with severe allergies or specific dietary needs should take all necessary precautions before and during the trip.
London Bro Tours Ltd cannot guarantee that the trip environment will be completely free from allergens. - Please note that not all coaches have toilet facilities. If a toilet is available on board, it should be used for emergencies only.
- All luggage and personal belongings are carried at the owner’s risk. London Bro Tours Ltd accepts no liability for any loss or damage.
- Passengers must take care when using the coach and other property provided during the trip. Any deliberate or accidental damage caused by a passenger to the vehicle, equipment, or property may result in the passenger being held financially responsible for repair or replacement costs. London Bro Tours Ltd reserves the right to take appropriate action, including charging the passenger for damages and refusing future bookings, in cases of damage caused during the trip.
- While guests are free to capture photos and videos, they are responsible for respecting others’ privacy. We are not liable for any images or footage taken or published by passengers.
Accommodation Policy
Booking & Payment Terms
- All bookings and tickets are strictly non-refundable.
- It is the responsibility of the customer to review and understand all terms and conditions prior to booking.
- Failure to do so will not be considered a valid reason for refunds.
1. Room Allocation
- The standard package cost is based on a minimum of two adults sharing one room.
- Room allocation is at the discretion of the Tour Manager, and requests for specific room types or locations cannot be guaranteed.
2. Occupancy Rules
- Each room can accommodate a maximum of two adults and one child.
- If two adults are travelling with one child, the child may share the room (and bed configuration will depend on hotel arrangements).
- If two adults are travelling with two children, only one child can be provided with a separate sleeping arrangement. The second child may be required to share a bed with the adults.
3. Child Policy
- A booking of one adult and one child requires a separate room; therefore, the child must be booked at the adult rate.
- A maximum of two children per room is permitted under the above conditions.
- Three children cannot be accommodated in a single room. If a group consists of two adults and three children, two rooms must be booked, and an additional room charge will apply.
- When booking two rooms, each room must have at least one adult accompanying any child, in accordance with hotel regulations.
- While we will make every effort to allocate rooms close to each other, this cannot be guaranteed.
- Baby cots are subject to availability and are not guaranteed.
4. Dietary Requirements
- Guests with any specific dietary requirements must inform us in writing prior to booking.
- While we will make reasonable efforts to communicate requests to suppliers, we cannot guarantee that all dietary needs or preferences will be accommodated.
- If dietary requirements are not disclosed in advance, we will not be able to arrange or accommodate such requests during the tour.
5. Guest Conduct & Hotel Policy Compliance
- All guests are required to comply with the rules and policies of the hotel and tour accommodations at all times.
- Any breach of hotel or property policies may result in removal from the tour without notice.
- In such cases, no refunds will be provided, and any additional costs or penalties incurred must be borne by the guest.
- Guests are fully responsible for any damage caused to hotel property or facilities during their stay. Any such costs must be borne directly by the occupant.
- Guests are advised not to carry valuables during the tour. The company will not be held responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings under any circumstances
6. Additional Expenses
- Any hotel facilities, services, food, or beverages not explicitly included in the tour package will be charged separately.
- Guests are responsible for settling all such additional expenses directly with the hotel or service provider.
7. Hotel Facilities Disclaimer
- Please note that hotel facilities and amenities may vary by destination and property.
- Some accommodations may not include features such as air conditioning, lifts (elevators), kettles, hairdryers, or in-room safety locks.
- While we aim to select comfortable and quality accommodations, the availability of specific amenities cannot be guaranteed.
Privacy Policy
London Bro Tours Ltd may take photographs and videos during trips for marketing and promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, please notify us in writing before the trip. Please note that once images or videos are published, it may not be possible to remove them completely. By participating in the trip, you consent to being included in promotional materials unless you have opted out in writing.

Any data collected during booking or travel will be used only for providing our services, managing bookings, and communicating with you.
